Alexandra Țițan has extensive experience in investor relations and financial analysis. With a career spanning more than 15 years, she has held key positions in leading companies and financial institutions, and for over 8 years she coordinated IR activities for both listed companies (Electrica) and private‑equity funds. As Director of Investor Relations, Alexandra plays a strategic role—managing investor relationships and ensuring efficient, proactive communication of all matters relevant to them, with a focus on transparency and a clear articulation of the company’s vision and strategy.  Her primary objective is to connect investors with management, providing real‑time access to the company’s opportunities and developments, thereby supporting sustainable growth and long‑term value creation.
